2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

1. Age. You must be at least 18 years old to book studios or sign service agreements.
2. Accurate information. You agree to provide accurate contact and booking details.
3. Authorized use. If you book on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our website, facilities, staff, or equipment. The following are strictly prohibited:

1. Unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, or threats.
2. Attempting to access restricted areas, systems, networks, or equipment without permission.
3. Disrupting studio operations, including excessive noise, unsafe behavior, or interference with other bookings.
4. Uploading or transmitting malicious code, scraping, or abuse of site performance.
5. Use of smoke, haze, fog, pyrotechnics, open flames, or hazardous materials unless explicitly approved in writing.

4. Booking, Studio Rules & On-Site Conduct

1. Arrival & wrap. Your booked time includes setup and cleanup. Please plan accordingly.
2. Capacity. Do not exceed the guest limit specified for the booked space.
3. Equipment handling. Follow staff instructions and posted guidelines. You are responsible for damage caused by your party.
4. Noise and neighbors. Keep audio levels reasonable. Persistent violations may end the session.
5. Minors. Minors must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
6. Wardrobe & props. Ensure items are clean and safe for floors and surfaces. Glitter/confetti may require a cleaning fee.

5. Payments, Deposits & Invoices

Prices, deposits, and payment timelines are presented at the time of booking or in a written quote. Unless stated otherwise:

1. Deposits. A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve time and staff.
2. Balance due. Remaining amounts are due before or at the start of the session, depending on your booking terms.
3. Late payment. Late payments may incur administrative fees and may result in suspension of future bookings.
4. Chargebacks. If a chargeback occurs, you agree to cooperate and provide documentation for dispute resolution.

6. Cancellations, No‑Shows & Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Cancellations and reschedules are handled fairly based on timing and costs already incurred.

1. How to cancel. Use the confirmation channel provided or contact us via the details below.
2. Force majeure. Severe events outside reasonable control may require rescheduling; we’ll work with you in good faith.
3. Late arrival. Late arrival does not extend your session; staff and space availability remain unchanged.

7. Deliverables, Content & Intellectual Property

1. Your content. You retain rights to your content unless agreed otherwise in writing.
2. Our materials. Studio layouts, branding, and proprietary setups remain our property. Do not copy or replicate restricted workflows without permission.
3. Portfolio usage. If we capture behind-the-scenes or final assets, we will request consent before public use unless already included in a signed release.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaptureHub Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

1. Use at your risk. You are responsible for safe operation and supervision of your party and props.
2. Personal items. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
3. Maximum liability. If liability is found, it is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy & Cookies

We respect privacy and keep tracking minimal. We store essential preferences (such as theme) and cookie consent on your device. Optional analytics is disabled by default and only enabled when you explicitly accept all cookies.
